The most sizeable projects in our list with novel infrastructure was the ELITA situated at ECR with a mission to modernize the villa. 3BHK with main living room, guest room and kitchen on the ground floor. The foyer was given a glossy look with a standing Buddha statue. The airy abode features glass curtain walls on one side that looks out to trees in the internal courtyard. An open kitchen designed with a solarium dining space having French doors to seep in sunlight. These doors lead to open sit-outs, a welcoming place to enjoy the fresh brew of coffee. In the guest bedroom, the design is entirely cohesive, but soft white curtains make it easy to close the bedroom off when extra privacy is necessary. The bathroom is fitted with black fixtures contrasting the pale wood flooring and black marble walls around. First floor Living room is briefed with a glimpse of a beautiful modern studio, starting with a sleek blue lounge and planted overhead lighting. The Master bedroom was made up of neutrals like light wood, half white, and beige to give a very soothing ambience. A glamorous bathroom with an ornate mirror and ring light finish added a sense of elegant touch. Lavish walking wardrobe included enough drawers, shelves, rails and cubbies to organise every type of garment and accessory. A terrace bar with foldable ceiling have been split into two. On one side, there is a bartending space with flashy lights to rekindle party spirit. Another side is spotted with hanging chairs giving a hammock feel relaxation and minimal height water floor to ooze calmness to surroundings.
